“Terra Holding” was founded in 2014 by German and Georgian partners. After many years of work and projects, it eventually merged into one name and was called “Terra Holding”.

2005 - Beginning of touristic business activities;

2008 - Beginning of intensive negotiations with the government regarding construction of power plants by German company – “EnBW”;

2011 - Multilateral negotiations were held between Georgian power producers and the German company- “EWE”, regarding power export to Turkey and later to Europe;

2012 - Exclusive representation of German company - “Sto” was established in Caucasus;

2012 - Membership in the German Business Association (DWV);

2013 - Tbilisi Energy Agency (TEA) was founded;

2014 - The agreement, regarding exclusive partnership in Caucasus with German company – “Protektor” was achieved.
